The information collected on this form is collected by the Community of Communes of the Guebwiller Region (CCRG) (1 rue des Despite-We – 68500 Guebwiller – infos@cc-guebwiller.fr) and are necessary in order to subscribe to the Newsletter of the Service Pays d'art et d'histoire of the Region of Guebwiller.
  2.  The legal basis of the processing is the mission of public interest with regard to e) of article 6 of the GDPR.
  3. All the information requested via this form must be filled in, the data collected is essential for the management of the service. A form that does not include all the requested information cannot be processed.
  4. The data collected will be communicated to the following recipients only: Service Pays d'art et d'histoire. The CCRG may transmit the data collected to public bodies (courts, administrative authorities, etc.) if the law or regulations so require or if it receives an order to do so.
  5. The data is kept (in paper and/or digital version) for the time necessary to perform the service. At the end of the execution of the service, these are destroyed or archived and then destroyed in accordance with the regulations in force.
